Return Process

  Log into your RheaBeauty account and select the 'Order History' section to submit a return request for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
